GETTERS Company

GETTERS was founded more than 9 years ago. From the very beginning, a team of enthusiasts strived to create high quality solutions for the protection of electronic systems. Already in the first years of operation, GETTERS established itself as a reliable manufacturer of RF shields. A few years later, the company's product catalogue was expanded to include block frames, desktop cases, front panels and embedded modules.

Today, the company's product range includes more than 520 products, providing a choice of basic designs and additional components for a wide range of tasks.

GETTERS provides comprehensive design, prototyping and metalworking services to offer customers customised solutions for various industries.

In 2020, GETTERS made a strategic decision to focus on import substitution by developing prototypes that are as good as the equipment from the global industry leader, nVent SCHROFF. This step allowed the company to take a leading position in the electronic systems protection market in the CIS countries, as well as to strengthen its reputation as a reliable and innovative partner.

In 2023, in response to growing demand and market needs, the company expanded its production capacity, strengthened its team and launched a second production site in the Russian Federation. This enabled us to improve delivery efficiency and significantly increase the volume of products manufactured.

Today, GETTERS continues to implement advanced technologies, developing products that meet the highest global quality standards.

Founding of a brand

Team of experts came together and set up the GETTERS Company. There were five people only on the company staff. However, we were inspired by the idea to stand up a national brand of products for electronics protection that wouldn’t be inferior in quality and innovation to western specimens.

Within the shortest period of time, a considerable amount of work was done in terms of production site preparation and procurement of modern European-made equipment. On our own, we designed and manufactured tools for producing RF Shields with minimal height of 1.0 mm and bending radius of 0.3 mm.

2018

Originally developed RF Shield range

We got focused on RF Shields. Following the development phase, first samples were produced. Production began at our workshop. Some operations were outsourced for the sake of streamlining the process. High quality, innovation and effectiveness remained our priorities.

After six months, our product range already included seven types of RF Shields. Shipments to Russia and deliveries in Belarus became ever more intensive. There followed the staff expansion and search for new partners. With sales increase, GETTERS started the full-cycle RF Shields manufacturing on its own premises.

2019

First national Subrack for electronics protection

Following the development, a metric construct block chassis, meeting the MEK 60917-2-1-2011 state standard, was introduced into serial production - an equivalent of corresponding SonyEricsson item. The chassis is intended for standardized extension board (modules) installation. Serial production of front panels and metric standard plugs with EMI-shielding started.

Shipments to Russia for subway and railway facilities in all regions set in. All in all, more than 5000 block chassis were manufactured and delivered. As of today, metric-build block chassis remains sales leader among our company’s products.

2020

19’’ Block chassis construct

A block chassis of 19’’ construct, meeting the MEK R 60297-3-101-2006 state standard, was developed and put into serial production. The company offers chassis of various frame sizes (height from 2U to 9U, width from 28HP to 84HP, depth depending on customer requirements) for EMI-shielding with guide railing for installed blocks. Being a EuropacPro equivalent, this item become the winner of many tenders in Russia and Belarus.

Frame-type insert modules (cassettes) were developed and put into serial production. The cassettes are intended for inserting functional units consisting of one or several printed boards, assemblies of standard and non-standard components into 19”-block chassis.

2021

Desktop Case equivalent of Comptec

GETTERS Company design office developed a cast form for molding under pressure the front and back panels of 19”- desktop case – an equivalent of Comptec product range. This type of case is designed for installation of 19”- subblocks as well for arbitrary PCB-mounting as an independent unit.

Two product standard sizes of 3U and 4U height, 84HP width and customer required depth were put into production. This case type is in high demand in the field of medicare and metrology in the CIS.

2022

Desktop Case equivalent of RatiopacPRО. Originally developed range of desktop cases.

Desktop case equivalent of RatiopacPRO was developed and put into serial production. The company offers desktop cases of two standard sizes of 3U and 4U height, 28HP and 84HP width as well as customer-required depth. This cases type is in high demand in the field of medicare, metrology and other areas in the CIS.

We work on producing a universal catalogue. The company is into expanding clientele, looks for new partners and branch-specific solutions in new fields.

2023

Catalogue expansion. New regional production site.

The company continued to expand desktop cases manufacturing from sheet metal. The 1U 19”-chassis range for telecommunications, alarm systems and electrical engineering equipment was put into production and established itself quite successfully.

New front panel range for 19’’- desktop cases (4HP, 8HP) with EMI-shielding extractors (type 1, IET, IEL) and extraction handles was developed.

New production site under REZOLUT brand set up in the city of Obninsk with upgraded equipment set and reinforced team.

2024

Expanding the range of equipment manufacturing technologies

A new material for the production of front panels has been developed and put into production, allowing to improve the quality, reduce production time and cost of these products.

Preparations were made for the launch of a new series of Block Frames, which will be characterised by full mechanical compatibility with original nVent SCHROFF components.

Two new profiles for mounting backplanes through the insulating strip were mastered.

Railways and Metro

We produce frames, chassis and components for movement control and train security systems. In cooperation with partners, we develop electronic solutions to be implemented at the Russian Railways and Moscow Metro facilities.

AEROSPACE

Our company has successfully implemented a number of projects in cooperation with leading Russian research institutes in the field of space engineering and nuclear energy generation. We offer EMI- and seismic-resistant rigid block-chassis capable of absorbing considerable blast impacts.

In cooperation with partners, we develop and manufacture block chassis resistant against weather and mechanical impacts with high endurance level within the complex industrial production environment.
